Headquarters Airport Security Force Invitation to e-Bid for Small Arms Accessories and Helmets

Issuer: Headquarters Airport Security Force (HQ ASF), Procurement Branch, Karachi. Invitation to e-bid for procurement of non-consulting goods as listed below. Interested bidders must obtain bidding documents on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) and be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

How to apply: Download e-bidding documents and submit bids via EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of e-bid documents (in sealed envelopes) should also be forwarded to HQ ASF Procurement Branch, Karachi as instructed in the bidding documents.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount described in the bidding documents and submitted in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents. Original bid security instrument along with sample must reach the office before bid closing; failure to do so will lead to disqualification.

Deadlines and opening: Hardcopy bids must be received on or before 2026-09-01 at 11:00 A.M. E-bids will be opened on 2026-09-01 at 11:30 A.M. HQ ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPR Rules.
