Karakoram Cooperative Bank (KCBL) Tender – Fortinet-Based SD‑WAN, Network Security & Centralized Management Solution

Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (Administration Department), Gilgit invites sealed bids from registered Pakistan-based service providers for the expansion of an existing Fortinet-based enterprise SD‑WAN, network security and centralized management solution for KCBL. Bidding will follow a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Service providers must be registered with SECP and on the Active Tax Payer List of FBR.

Key submission & eligibility points: bidders must be registered with SECP; provide NTN; provide sales tax registration/status with FBR (status active; note: in Gilgit‑Baltistan tax is noted as exempted in the notice); submit company profile, list of similar engagements in the past 2–3 years, annual reports/financial statements, and proof of technical capability and past performance. A Non‑Disclosure Agreement valid for 3 years may be required. Revised bids are not allowed; late bids will not be entertained.
