KFUEIT E-Tender Notice (IPB-599) – Repair & External Development Works at Rahim Yar Khan

Issuer: Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Information Technology (KFUEIT), Rahim Yar Khan. The University invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes) through the PPRA e-Tendering system and Punjab e-procurement website.

Important submission & qualification notes:

- Contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes.

- Contractors/firms must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) and upload bids/evidence there.

- Earnest money (5% of estimated/bid cost) must be uploaded as a CDR in favour of Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & Technology, Rahim Yar Khan on the e-procurement site and the original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee on the same day at least half an hour before opening; failure to submit the original CDR may lead to disqualification.

- Bidders must follow PPRA rules and KFUEIT tender conditions. Any fake information/documents may result in blacklisting and disqualification.

- Successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bank Guarantee of 10% of contract amount within 15 days of issuance of the award letter.

Tender opening: Bids will be opened on 2026-09-28 at 09:30 AM in the Office of the Director Planning & Development, KFUEIT, Rahim Yar Khan. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend. Quoted rates and the successful bidder will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
