Punjab Information & Culture Department E-Tender (Framework Contract) for Stationery, Computer Stationery & Printing

Government of the Punjab, Information & Culture Department invites e-tenders under a Framework Contract for the supply of stationery, computer stationery and printing items through the PPRA e-Tendering system. Eligible firms registered on the e-Tendering system and holding a valid NTN may participate. Procurement will follow PPRA Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and bidders must submit a 5% Earnest Money/Bid Security in the form and manner specified.

Key Instructions & Eligibility

- Bidders must be registered on the PPRA e-Tendering website and possess a valid NTN and Sales Tax registration where applicable.
- Bids should be submitted online through the e-Tendering system. Physical bids are not acceptable except where specifically required for bid security or as stated in PPRA rules.
- Bidders must provide the Sales Tax Registration Certificate and, where applicable, Professional Tax Registration Certificate, along with valid NTN and registration details.
- The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
- Firms must quote rates online on a below/above basis as instructed in the e-tendering portal. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Submission & Payment
- Earnest money must accompany the bid as bid security (amounts shown above) and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after award of contract. Successful bidder's earnest money will be retained until performance security is provided as required.
