Eligibility: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 and above with relevant specialization for civil & electrical works and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
How to Apply / Submit Bids: Bidding documents and e-bidding are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 and upload a scanned copy of the bid security. Originals (sealed envelope) including original bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee), copies of CNIC, valid PEC license, and current ATL status must be submitted to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi by the stated deadline. Only bids submitted via EPADS v2.0 will be entertained.
Note: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives. The railway administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
