SSGC LPG Ltd Tender Notice — HR Consultancy, Office & Washroom Renovation (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd invites sealed quotations for multiple tenders for its Head Office, Karachi. Bidders must follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure and comply with Terms & Conditions. How to obtain tender documents: Available from SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi. Fee: Rs. 3,000 per package payable by pay order / demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or by cash; office hours Monday–Friday 09:00–16:00.

Submission requirements and important notes: Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the relevant "Tender enquiry No." by the stated deadline. Bidders must deposit/submit the physical bid bond at the Procurement Department (SSGC LPG Head Office LDC Building) prior to bid opening; failure to do so may result in rejection. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after submission time at the address mentioned. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST which must be shown separately. SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to cancel the bidding process. Any corrigenda, clarifications, addenda or extensions will be notified to bidders who purchased tender documents.

Document support: Request letter for issuance of tender documents should include GST/SST & NTN registration certificate (where applicable) and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs.100) certifying that the supplier is not debarred by any government agency/authority/department.
