SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice – HR Consultancy and Office Renovation Works (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed tenders for consultancy and renovation works at its Head Office, Karachi. Tender documents, terms & conditions, submission procedure and bid security requirements are available from the Procurement Department at the SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building, SSGC Karachi Terminal, Main University Road, opposite Safari Park). Documents are issued on payment of PKR 3,000 (pay order / demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or cash) Monday–Friday between 09:00 and 16:00.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the relevant "Tender enquiry No." and delivered on or before the stated submission time. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after submission time at the address mentioned above; if the opening date is a holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. A physical bid bond must be deposited/submitted at the Procurement Department (SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building) before bid opening or the bid may be rejected. Request for tender documents must include GST/SST and NTN registration (where applicable) and an undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper (PKR 100) certifying that the bidder is not debarred by any government agency. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes except GST/SST (which must be shown separately). SSGC LPG reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to issue corrigenda/addenda only to bidders who have purchased tender documents.
