GIKI Tender for Supply & Installation of 4‑Ton, 2‑Ton and 1.5‑Ton DC Inverter Air Conditioners

Issuer: Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI). Tender No: GIKI/PD/MC-FCSE-1150/26. Sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope) are invited from registered authorized dealers, distributors and manufacturers registered with tax authorities for supply and complete installation including cables and other items of DC inverter air conditioners. Tender documents are available on the GIKI website or can be collected from GIK Admin Block, Room # F-12.

Tender fee (non‑refundable): Rs. 2,000. Bid security: 2% earnest money of total bid cost. Sealed bids along with earnest money must reach the Assistant Director Procurement, GIK Institute by 15:00 Hours on 2026-09-04. Proposals will be opened at 15:30 Hours the same day in the presence of available bidders. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities or accept/reject any or all bids.
