Tender: Precast Wall Construction, K–C Block Residential Colony — TPS Guddu (CPGCL)

Central Power Generation Company Limited (GENCO-II, TPS Guddu) invites sealed bids for the construction of a precast wall from K Block toward C Block of the residential colony at TPS Guddu. Submission closes on 22 July 2026 at 14:00; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30.

Eligible contractors must be registered/renewed with PEC for 2025–2026 and supply NTN, CNIC and valid FBR/SRB documents at time of tender purchase. PEC specialized code CE-09 or CE-10 is required. A 3% refundable call deposit/bank draft/bank guarantee in favor of Central Power Generation Company Limited is required as earnest money. Bidding follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b). Bidding documents are available via the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). The Chief Executive Officer, GENCO-II TPS Guddu, may reject any or all bids per PPRA Rule 33(1).
