Tender: Supply & Installation of 500 kW On-Grid Solar PV System — Bacha Khan University Charsadda

Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites bids for the supply and installation of a 500 kW on-grid Solar-PV system. Eligible firms must have valid KPPRA registration, be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C4 with codes EE-11 (i, ii, iii), EE-06, CE-10, EE-04 (solar specialization). Procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-16 at 11:30 AM in the committee room of Bacha Khan University Charsadda. Original CDR must be submitted to the Deputy Director Planning & Development office one day before bid submission via EPADS. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in the name of the "Treasurer of Bacha Khan University" is required. Submission deadline: 2026-07-21.
