Pre-Qualification Notice — Suppliers for Repair, IT, Travel & Event Services (M/o FE&PT)

The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (M/o FE&PT), Islamabad invites proposals for pre-qualification/enlistment of reputable suppliers, firms or vendors registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on EPADS, registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax authorities and on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), stationed in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Required services include air travel & accommodation, event management, repair/maintenance of vehicles, IT equipment and hardware, machinery & office equipment, furniture, office building maintenance, and vehicle/rent-a-car services.

Interested suppliers must submit e-Bids through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available on EPADS, PPRA (www.ppra.gov.pk) and the ministry website (www.mofept.gov.pk). Submit e-Bids by 2026-07-21 at 10:00 a.m.; bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 a.m. The ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers under PPRA rules.
