SSGC LPG Ltd. Tender Notice — HR Recruitment Consultancy, Interior Fit-Out and Washroom Renovation (Karachi)

SSGC LPG Ltd. invites sealed quotations for multiple procurement packages for its Head Office in Karachi. Tender documents, detailed terms and conditions, and submission procedures are available from the SSGC LPG Head Office (LDC Building) Karachi.

How to obtain tender documents: Documents may be obtained from SSGC LPG Head Office, LDC Building, Karachi Terminal, Opposite Safari Park, Main University Road, Karachi on payment of PKR 3,000 per set by pay order / demand draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited or by cash. Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00.

Submission requirements and important notes:

- All bids must be sealed, addressed and submitted with the envelope clearly marked with the relevant "Tender enquiry No." and submitted on or before the stated submission date/time.

- Requests for issuance of tender documents should be accompanied by a copy of GST/SST and NTN registration certificates (where applicable).

- Bidders may be required to provide bid bond / performance bond as per tender documents; bidders must submit physical bid bond to the Procurement Department at the SSGC LPG Head Office LDC Building before bid opening, otherwise the bid may be rejected.

- Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the submission time at the address mentioned in the tender documents; if a bid opening date falls on a holiday, opening will be at the same time on the next working day.

- SSGC LPG reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to cancel or withdraw any tender package. Any corrigenda/clarifications/addendums/extensions will be notified only to purchasers of the tender documents.
