Director Infrastructure & Projects — Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) — Lahore

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications for the position of Director Infrastructure & Projects to lead planning, development and delivery of PCB's infrastructure strategy and major cricket facility projects across Pakistan.

Key responsibilities include authorizing claims, invoices, change orders and variation requests; ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets; maintaining legal and regulatory conformity; troubleshooting construction issues; ensuring materials meet specifications; maintaining complete project documentation; and managing and monitoring project progress.

Required competencies: strong leadership and project-management skills, decision-making capability, integrity and professionalism, familiarity with PPRA rules and regulations, in-depth knowledge of engineering standards and construction methodologies, and strong negotiation skills to manage contractors, consultants and vendors.
