Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) invites applications for the position of Director Infrastructure & Projects. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing PCB's infrastructure strategy and ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects across Pakistan.

Minimum qualifications & experience

Key responsibilities

Review and authorize claims, invoices, change orders and variation requests per approved policies; ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and obtain approvals for budget variations; ensure all operations comply with regulations; assist in troubleshooting construction issues; verify materials and workmanship meet consultant specifications; maintain complete and accurate project documentation; manage and monitor project progress; stay informed of emerging developments, technologies and best practices relevant to infrastructure and project management.

Competency requirements

Strong leadership, project management and decision-making capabilities; high levels of integrity, professionalism, discretion and interpersonal effectiveness; in-depth knowledge of engineering policies, standards and procedures; strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively manage contractors, consultants and vendors; comprehensive knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, regulatory requirements and project governance frameworks.
