Commander Military Engineer Services (Army), Hyderabad invites sealed tenders for civil works for FY 2026-27. Packages include repair/maintenance/abnormal repair works and associated external services (walls, roads, electrical, water & sewerage etc.) at multiple sites, and TC internal/external works including DC works and bazaar supply for Hyderabad, Chhor and Badin (locations as listed in tender documents).
Interested firms/contractors must apply to Command Military Engineer Services (Army), Hyderabad for issuance of tender documents along with required credentials. Applications will be scrutinized and tender documents issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience. Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any Government Department in a Court of Law and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding.
Firms not on the MES approved list must submit a statement of previous experience detailing works executed during the last two years and works in hand. Sealed tenders will be received in the office of the accepting officer by 25 Sep 2025 until 1130 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Desirous contractors may be present at opening.
The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per PPRA Rules (Para 33(1) of 2004). Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Tender details and documents can be obtained from the CMES (Army) Hyderabad office on any working day between 0900–1400 hours. Tenders are also available on www.ppra.org.pk.
