National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable tax consultancy firms for appointment as Tax Advisor for two (02) financial years (FY 2026-27 & FY 2027-28). The Tax Advisor will provide tax planning and advisory services, determine complete tax liabilities, ensure compliance with tax laws, represent the Company before tax authorities and advise on changes in tax legislation. Services will be engaged on a Quality-and-Cost-Based method under the Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
Requests for Proposal (RFP) will be issued only to shortlisted firms that submit authenticated documentary evidence with their EOI and meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

| Valid sales tax and income tax registration with PRA and FBR respectively. |
| Minimum 10 years of professional experience up to the date of publication of the EOI. |
| Experience providing tax advisory services to at least 5 listed companies in the last 5 years. |
| Experience providing tax services to at least 5 public sector / government‑owned companies in the last 5 years. |
| Experience providing tax services to at least 3 power‑sector companies in the last 5 years. |
| Minimum staffing requirement: at least 20 Chartered Accountants employed with the firm on the date of publication of the EOI or at least 10 partners. |
Submission instructions: EOIs must be duly signed by a partner and accompanied by required documentary evidence. Submit EOIs to the General Manager Admin/HR at the address below by the deadline. Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit proposals.
