Tender: Supply of White Offset Paper (68/100 GSM), Art Card, Duplex Board & Printing Supplies — Printing Corporation of Pakistan

Issuer: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, Head Office, Khyaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad (Cabinet Division, Government of Pakistan).

Purpose: Re-tender invitation for procurement/supply of various printing papers and related supplies. Eligible manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments of the FBR (and on the active taxpayer list) may submit bids through ePADS 2.0.

Key submission details:

- Deadline for uploading bids on ePADS 2.0 and submission of hard copy: 2026-09-21 by 14:00 hrs. Hard copy must reach the undersigned by the same date and time.

- Bid opening: same day at 14:30 hrs.

- Bid security: PKR 435,865 (in the shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt) to be submitted with the offer.

- Samples: At least two (2) sample sheets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted along with the bid.

- Bids must be accompanied by earnest money / security (item-wise). Offers without security will be rejected.

- Bid validity: 90 days.

- Additional notes: The purchaser may increase or decrease quantities according to requirements and availability of funds. The Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
