DHA City Karachi Notice: Debarment and Blacklisting of Land Providers

Purpose: Notification to all Land Providers (LPs) offering land to DHA City Karachi that only land free of litigation, dispute, encumbrance or claim and supported by genuine, authentic and legally valid title and registration documents will be accepted for land acquisition.

Requirements: Land Providers must ensure the land offered comes with valid authority letters from land owners and original, legally valid documentation. Documents must not be forged, fabricated, fake, illegal, computer-printed khataas, or otherwise invalid.

Consequences: Any Land Provider offering land without proper authority letters or supporting forged/invalid documents, or offering land found to be under litigation or having defective title, will be disqualified from current and future DHA City Karachi land acquisition proceedings. Concerned Land Provider(s) will be debarred and blacklisted from participating in any future land acquisition processes undertaken by DHA City Karachi.

Additional: DHA City Karachi reserves the right to take any other legal or administrative action deemed appropriate under applicable laws and regulations.
