Tender Invitation: 15% Local Purchase Medicines – THQ Hospital Samaro (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Samaro, Taluka Samaro, District Umerkot invites e-bids for the Financial Year 2026-2027 for the purchase of 15% Local Purchase (LP) medicines and allied items under SPPRA Rule Single-stage Envelope procedure via the PPRA Sindh EPADS portal (DDP basis / excluding GST as applicable).

Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA Sindh EPADS portal (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk) or purchased from the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Samaro by obtaining a tender receipt and payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee during office hours.

Key submission & eligibility requirements (documents must be attached as applicable): valid NTN (latest Income Tax Certificate), valid GST registration certificate, company profile, detailed portfolio, compliance with bidding terms, signed standard bidding documents, audited accounts and income tax returns (last 03 years) where applicable, Chamber of Commerce certificate (current year), Sindh Food Authority certificate (current year) — only for diet, professional tax certificate (current year) from Excise & Taxation, proof of supply schedule/appropriateness, minimum 03 years’ experience with documentary proof, bank certificate for turnover, authorization/manufacturer certificate, affidavit that firm/supplier is not involved in litigation or blacklisted, and any other documents specified in the tender documents.
