Issuer: Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara. Purpose: Invitation for e-bids for a framework contract for supply of stationery, computer stationery, store items and other items for the year 2026-2027 from experienced firms, companies and general order suppliers registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal.
Submission method: All bids (Technical & Financial) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents in English are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal and the procuring agency website.

Key dates and conditions:

- Bids shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, to be submitted through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara".
- Successful bidder: On acceptance of the letter of intent, the successful bidder(s) shall deposit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract price/work order via the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara".
- Bidders may quote for all lots or any lot(s) of their choice. Quoting all items and advertised quantities within a lot is not mandatory.
- The technically responsive bidder quoting the lowest total lot-wise price may be awarded the contract.
