MES GE (Svcs) Kharian — Pre-Qualification & Tender Issuance for External B&R, E&M and Water Works at Kharian Cantt

Military Engineer Services (MES), GE (Svcs) Kharian invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for multiple external maintenance and term-contract works at Kharian Cantonment. Only firms meeting the stated eligibility and credential requirements will be issued tender documents.

Key requirements & conditions:

- Contractors must submit complete credentials as specified (see credential checklist table below) to be considered for issuance of tender documents.

- Firms must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation or have adverse reports outstanding (including Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation / E-in's Branch GHQ).

- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.

- Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C & D with relevant experience should apply.

- Applications must be received by the office of the accepting officer by 11:30 Hrs on the closing date. Tender opening will be at 12:00 Hrs on the same day. Contractors may be present at opening.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA rules (rejected tenders dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules).

Credential checklist (to be submitted with application): Name of work and executing agency; amount of work in hand (last two years & current); time allowed; date of commencement & completion; percentage progress of works & supply of material; departmental performance report on each work by Engineer-in-Charge. (Submit supporting documents as applicable.)

Submission deadline: Applications must be received by 11:30 Hrs on 2026-09-24. Tender opening at 12:00 Hrs on 2026-09-24.
