Garrison Engineer (A) PMA Kakul will hold a public auction on an "As is Where is" basis for unserviceable building material and miscellaneous items. Inspection is available on the day of the auction for items at PMA Kakul; items located at Havelian will be shown by video during the auction.

Key terms and conditions

1. Bidders must deposit a Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000/- (Rs. 1 Mn) in favour of GE (A) PMA Kakul as earnest money before the auction.

2. The successful bidder is responsible for payment of all prevailing government taxes, duties and other applicable charges.

3. No Afghan refugee or labour from tribal areas of KPK shall be employed for execution of the demolition work.

4. The successful bidder/contractor must submit a complete list of labour with valid CNIC copies and Police Verification/Character Certificates duly verified by the competent Police Authority. Documents shall be submitted on the contractor's letterhead and approved by the competent authority before commencement of work. No unverified labour will be permitted to enter the work site or undertake work.

5. Demolition is deemed complete only upon complete removal of the structure, including its foundations.

6. All other terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction and will be binding on the successful bidder.

7. Bidders must bring a photocopy of their CNIC to participate in the auction.
