Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure compliance activities of the e-Sahulat franchisee network; implement monitoring and compliance mechanisms, checklists, SOPs and reporting frameworks; follow-up with regional teams, franchisees and stakeholders for resolution of issues; analyze operational and compliance data and provide periodic reports; monitor franchisee performance and identify trends, recurring issues and risks; coordinate with regional team to ensure implementation of compliance SOPs; prepare reports, presentations and communications related to monitoring and compliance; represent the department in meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders; and other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
