PHE Division Torghar E‑Bidding Notice for Water Supply & Development Works (Torghar)

Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Torghar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites e-bids through EPADS from eligible contractors under KPPRA rules for construction and development works in Torghar District. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category, have active Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) status, active Federal Board of Revenue (FBR/NTN) status and active Sales Tax registration where applicable.
