E-Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Hassanzai, Torghar

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Hassanzai, Torghar (Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-tenders (EPADS) for fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Funding is available from Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Procurement will follow KPPRA Rules 2014 (Single-stage two-envelope method).

Eligibility & submission: Registered bidders/contractors must apply and register on the EPAD/e-procurement portal and upload bids through EPADS only. Technical bids (e-bidding) will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon. Original documents and bid security (as specified below) must be submitted to the TMA office as required.

Bid security: 2% of the total bid price as security in the form of CDR in the name of Tehsil Municipal Officer (TMO) TMA Hassanzai, Torghar (payable as instructed).

Important conditions: Applicable taxes, income tax, KPRA taxes, stamp duties, etc., will be deducted as per government rules. Successful bidders must provide post-delivery operational training to TMA staff where applicable. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
