PHED Torghar Notice Inviting E-Bidding for Water Supply, Sanitation and Street Pavement Works

Public Health Engineering Division (PHED), Torghar (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (E-PADS System) for multiple water supply, sanitation and street pavement schemes across Torghar district. Eligible bidders registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) and having requisite registration with the relevant authorities may participate.

Key action points and conditions:

- Bidding is electronic through the E-PADS / eprocure system (eprocure.gov.pk). Hard copies will not be accepted for price bids.

- Interested bidders must be registered with KPPRA and comply with the Public Procurement Regulatory Framework of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

- Bid security (earnest money) in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents must be furnished; bid security in original (CDR/Deposit at Call) is required.

- Bidding/Tender documents and BOQs can be downloaded from the eprocure portal. Tender form fee and bid submission procedures are detailed in the bidding documents.

- Technical and financial proposals must be submitted as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure; technical bids will be opened first for evaluation.
