Cabinet Division (Islamabad) invites e-bids for the Annual Procurement of toners for computers, fax machines and photocopiers for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Interested and eligible bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
