Tender for Testing Services for Hajj-2027 Selection and Medical Mission – Ministry of Religious Affairs

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed technical and financial bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope, PPRA Rules) via EPADS for hiring testing services to design and conduct written and physical tests for selection of Khuddam-ul-Hajj Nazimeen and a written test for the Hajj Medical Mission for Hajj-2027. Submission deadline is 20 July 2025 at 1030 hrs through EPADS only.

Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, valid NTN/GST status, and not be blacklisted. Bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 (Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) in favor of the Secretary, MoRA&H, Islamabad, must accompany the technical bid.
