WASA Gujrat E-Procurement Tender for Desilting of Open and Covered Drains — Bid by 16 July 2025

Water and Sanitation Agency, Gujrat invites e-procurement bids from PEC-registered firms for desilting and related civil works on open and covered drains in WASA Gujrat allied areas. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the E-PAD portal in accordance with government directions for FY 2025–28.

Bids must be submitted via the E-PAD portal by 16-07-2025 12:30 PM; bid opening will be the same day at 01:00 PM. A 5% earnest money (CDR) of the estimated cost must be uploaded on E-PAD and the original CDR submitted to the tender opening committee at least 30 minutes before opening. Valid PEC license and original supporting documents are compulsory. If the total tendered amount deviates by more than 5% from the approved amount, the lowest bidder may be required to furnish additional performance security within 15 days.
