Tender: Energization Works at Multiple Sectors — DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA City Karachi) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for energization works covering Sector 2-O, C-41, PC-01 West Avenue, FC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1.

Eligible contractors with valid PEC registration (Category C-4 and PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, CE-05) and active FBR taxpayer status may obtain tender documents from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi on submission of a written request, valid PEC certificate and payment of Rs.10,000 (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi). Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid (pay order/bank guarantee/insurance bond) must accompany the financial proposal. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHA City Karachi; the authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
