Irrigation Dept., Jhelum – E-Tender for Outsourcing Support Staff/Services (Sep 2026–Jan 2027)

The Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Irrigation Department, Jhelum invites electronic bids under the Single Stage – Single Envelope procedure for outsourcing support staff/services for Small Dams Division Jhelum for the period September 2026 to January 2027.

Key conditions and submission instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system. Manual bids will not be accepted. Relevant portals: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://proc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx.

- Bidders/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for financial year 2026-27.

- Bid security is fixed at 5% of the estimated cost. Bidders shall upload a soft copy of the bid security on the Punjab e-procurement system and submit the original instrument (Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank) before the submission deadline as specified on the portal.

- The procuring agency will not accept manual bids or be responsible for postal delays. Bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to attend.

- The successful bidder must execute an agreement and furnish any required performance/security guarantee in accordance with PPRA rules. All taxes and deductions will be applied as per government rules.
