CDA Pre-Qualification: Construction of New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition & Expo Centre (NICEEC)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites e-applications for pre-qualification of engineering firms/contractors for the Construction of New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre (NICEEC) including upgradation, uplifting and modernization of the existing Jinnah Convention Centre.

Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A with one or more of the following specialization codes:

Pre-qualification documents and detailed requirements are available electronically on EPADS (v2.0) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and at www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic proposals must be submitted via EPADS (v2.0). Manual bids will not be accepted.

Submission deadline: 2026-10-09 by 11:00 AM. Electronic proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the undersigned. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is available on EPADS and PPRA websites.

Only shortlisted / pre-qualified firms/contractors will be invited to submit financial bids. Incomplete information or concealment of facts will result in disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to reject all applications as per PPRA Rules-2004.
