How to apply: Download the application form from the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department website (health.punjab.gov.pk). Submit the duly filled form with attested copies of relevant documents (including equivalence certificate if applicable) to the 11‑A Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department.
Fee & submission: Submit a bank draft/pay order of Rs. 2,000 in favor of the Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore. Soft copies may be sent by email to [email protected]. Postal/TCS applications must reach before the deadline.
Important notes: Government servants must apply through proper channel and provide equivalence certificates where required. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA.
