- Submit duly filled application with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate if applicable) to the office at 11‑A, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department by the closing date and time.
- Submit a bank draft / pay order of PKR 2,000 in favor of Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.

Selection & Other Conditions
- Government employees must apply through proper channel and provide equivalence certificates where required.
