- Submit the duly filled form with attested copies of all relevant documents (including equivalence certificate, if applicable) to the 11-A Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department.
- Submit a bank draft/pay order of Rs. 2,000 in favor of the Dean, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.

- Applications sent by post/TCS must reach before the deadline stated below. Incomplete documentation may lead to rejection.
Eligibility & Selection
- Government servants must apply through proper channel. Candidates claiming equivalent qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC or the relevant authority.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Terms
- Appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees and experience certificates (verification cost borne by the candidate).
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage without assigning reason.

- Candidates may submit a written grievance to the Dean within 03 days after display of the list on the institute website/notice board.
