Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids for disposal of used vehicles on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. Bids must be submitted via the E-PADS v2.0 e-bidding system. Original bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee (valid for 120 days) must be submitted in favor of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad before bid closing time.

How to apply / bid:
- Submit electronic bids via the E-PADS v2.0 e-bidding system by the closing time.
- Original sealed earnest money / bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) must be delivered in original form before bid closing to the Finance/Material Management office as instructed in the auction notice.
- Bidders may inspect vehicles at IESCO Motor Pool near 132kV Grid Station Rawat/Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad during office hours (inspection deadline stated in the notice).
Important terms:
- Bids are on an “as is where is” basis. Bid validity 120 days from bid opening.
- Successful bidder must lift the lot within the time specified in the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and complete payment as directed by Finance Directorate, IESCO.
- Taxes and duties (GST, income tax etc.) as applicable will be charged.
- IESCO reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids per disposal regulations.
