Issuer: Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF). PSDF invites sealed bids for the onboarding of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Firm / Company (Round – III). Bids must be submitted only through the Punjab e-Procurement System; submissions by any other means will be rejected.

Important procurement details:

• Bid submission: Only through Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies or other submission methods will be rejected.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the stated date and time.
• If a public holiday falls on the stated submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date and time for bid submission and opening.
• Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and a national competitive bidding procedure.
