NAVTTC Pre-Qualification 2026 – EOI for Training Service Providers (Apply by 2026-10-02)

Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. NAVTTC invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for Pre-Qualification 2026 from technically competent and financially sound public and private technical and vocational training institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister's Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP). Programs must lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Key notes and eligibility:

- Applying institute must have infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC's notified qualifications uploaded on the NAVTTC website.

- Each institute can apply for only one sector; if applying for more than one sector it must possess the relevant infrastructure for each sector.

- NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources in the pre-qualification process.

- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.

- Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
