The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically and financially sound training service providers to deliver specialized training under multiple priority sectors as part of the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP). Eligible applicants include public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities able to deliver internationally recognized certifications.
Sectors for Training (Apply for one sector only unless relevant infrastructure is available for multiple):

Key Eligibility & Requirements:
- Technically competent and financially sound institutes/entities with required infrastructure and facilities as per NAVTTC notified qualifications.
- Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
- No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
- Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained.
- Provision of biometric machines & CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
- Each institute may apply for only one sector unless it possesses the required infrastructure for additional sectors.
