Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites e-bids for disposal of vehicles and vehicle scrap on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADs v2.0 portal. The disposal is administered by the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Quarters, Islamabad.

E-Bids submission deadline: 2026-10-01 at 10:30 AM (received via E-PADs v2.0). Public bid opening: 2026-10-01 at 11:00 AM. Vehicle inspection available at IESCO Motor Pool near 132kV Grid Station Rawat/Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad during office hours until 2026-09-30.
Important conditions
• Participation only through E-PADs v2.0. Mandatory registration with FBR for E-Bids. • Earnest money / bid security must be submitted in original as CDR/Bank Guarantee, valid for 120 days. • Successful bidder to lift the vehicle within 15 working days of issuance of LOA/Release Order. • Advance taxes (GST where applicable and 10% Income Tax or other government levies) will be applied to the final sale price. • The sale is on "as is where is" basis; bidders should inspect items prior to bidding.
