Issuer: Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad. Tender No. 06/2026-2027/PIMS for procurement under PSDF Project titled “Establishment of Stroke Intervention & Expansion of Critical Care / Cardiac Facilities at PIMS Islamabad.” Reputed firms having relevant experience and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (Sales Tax) of FBR are eligible to bid.
Submission method: Bidders must submit electronic bids through the E-PADS PPRA Website (E-PADS 2.0). In addition, the firm/bidder shall deliver the original CDR and original undertaking on judicial paper to the Purchase Department, PIMS, G-8/3, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on the bid submission deadline. Manual (non-electronic) bids will not be accepted.

- CDR value: As mentioned in the tender schedule / SBDs. Bid money (call deposit) should be submitted in the name of Executive Director, PIMS.
- Online bids submitted through E-PADS 2.0 will be entertained; online bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the bid opening date. Failure to deliver original CDR and judicial-paper undertaking to the Purchase Department by 11:00 AM on the stated date will result in rejection.
- Grievances will be accepted only through E-PADS 2.0 within the prescribed period and will be handled per PPRA Rules. PIMS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33(1) of PPRA 2004.
