KP Health Dept Tender: Procurement of Medicines, Disposables & Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program — Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital (Takht Bhai, Mardan)

Issuing Authority: Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital (Category-C)/THQ Hospital, Takht Bhai, District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Invitation to bid under KPPRA Rules for procurement of medicines, surgical items, disposables and other consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) patients for Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Single Envelope e-Bidding procedure via the KP e-PADS portal.

Eligibility Requirements (summary): Interested bidders/firms must:

• Be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
• Possess valid NTN/STRN/GST registration as applicable.
• Possess a valid Drug Sales License / Drug Manufacturing License where applicable to the items being quoted.
• Be registered/enrolled with e-PADS/KPPRA where applicable and not be blacklisted or debarred by any government department/agency.
• Submit mandatory bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital/THQ Hospital, Takht Bhai.
• Comply with additional eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD).
