Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Directorate of Civilian Infrastructure (DCI), Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors (enlisted with MES). Works include construction/provision/installation of certain residential and non-residential service facilities and consultancy services (design / resident engineer supervision) for specified works at DCI Islamabad.
Firms not enlisted with MES must submit 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the form of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
