Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites e-bids (E-PADS V2.0) from contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and renewed for the year 2026-27. Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding (NCB) single-stage single-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules-2004. Key submission & eligibility notes:
- Contractors must have PEC registration renewed for 2026-27 with the required specialization codes as shown for each package.
- Bid security: A call deposit / bid security equal to 5% of BOQ in favour of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad is required.
- Original bid security (Call Deposit Receipt) must be submitted one day before opening of e-bids and original bid must be submitted to the office of Project Director GSC before online submission deadline; otherwise the bid will not be opened.
- Bid validity: 150 days. Bidders must provide audited financial statements showing required average annual turnover as mentioned.
- Bids will be opened at the office of Project Director GSC FESCO Faisalabad. All other terms & conditions, document submission requirements and PPRA provisions apply as per the tender notice.
