Issuer: District Council Muzaffargarh. Invitation for e-procurement bids for multiple Annual Framework Contracts for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category/codes and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014.
