The Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHA Foundation), Ministry of Housing & Works, invites sealed electronic bids for the supply of annual stationery, computer items and miscellaneous items for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the terms, specifications and bid security requirements set out in the bidding documents.
