An undisclosed prestigious bank (Head Office: Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir) invites applications for Regional Head positions for its Rawalakot and Mirpur regions. The bank seeks experienced, dynamic, result-oriented professionals with proven track record in banking business development and regional operations management.

Key responsibilities: Manage the region’s entire business portfolio; supervise, maintain and analyze business statistics; develop and implement consumer, commercial and retail banking strategies; achieve advances & deposits targets; prepare annual revenue & expense budgets for the region; ensure compliance with relevant policies/regulations; coordinate with Head Office and other departments to drive business and operational performance; monitor recovery and asset quality, and propose remedial measures for underperforming branches.
