National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites experienced HR professionals for two senior positions within Human Resource Management based in Karachi. Roles are on a contractual basis and report to the Wing Head – HR Governance, Risks and Controls.

| Unit Head – HR Quality Assurance | AVP / VP | Minimum graduation from a HEC-recognized institution; Master's or professional certification preferred | Minimum 6 years of banking/HR experience with at least 3 years in HR audit, HR quality assurance, HR compliance or HR operations | Design and implement HR Quality Assurance framework, checklists and sampling methodology; perform periodic quality reviews and sample-based checks; ensure HR policies, SOPs and processes are consistently applied; conduct root-cause analysis and recommend preventive/corrective measures. |
Other core requirements: strong analytical and documentation skills, stakeholder coordination, confidentiality & data protection adherence, sound communication skills and proficiency with MS Office. Candidates should be service-oriented and able to conduct detailed checks and reporting.
Assessment & employment terms: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interviews. Positions are contractual for three years (may be renewed) with compensation per bank policy. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview. NBP is an equal opportunity employer.
