PMDC Management Trainee Programme 2026 — 1-Year Contract, 2 Vacancies (Islamabad)

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for a one-year Management Trainee Programme on a contractual basis at its Head Office in Islamabad. The training contract does not constitute an employer-employee relationship and PMDC has no obligation to offer regular employment on completion.

Eligibility & Conditions:

- Open to local or foreign‑qualified Pakistan nationals with at least 16 years of education in the specified disciplines from an HEC-recognized institution.

- Maximum age: 28 years on the date of advertisement.

- Minimum CGPA: 3.0.

- Candidates who have graduated in 2025-26 may apply with or without post-qualification experience.

Selection & Benefits:

- Selection basis: 30% academic marks, 40% test/assessment, 30% interview.

- Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and interview.

- Selected trainees will receive a lump-sum monthly stipend of PKR 80,000/-.

- Incomplete applications will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
