MIS Reporting Analyst / Officer (OG-I/OG-II)	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Proficiency in data/reporting tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau)	Minimum 3 years' experience in MIS reporting, data analysis or related roles	Develop, maintain and enhance MIS reports, dashboards and management information Ensure data availability and accuracy in the system; document MIS development Analyze business information, prepare reports and support decision-making Coordinate with stakeholders and support MIS system improvements
Training Officer (OG-I/OG-II)	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HRM or related field Relevant training certifications advantageous (e.g., CIPD, ATD)	Minimum 2–3 years' relevant experience in training design/delivery	Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design training programs Develop training materials, run sessions and manage training logistics Maintain training records, evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance Use e-learning tools and manage learning initiatives for business users
Project Support Officers (OG-II)	Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous	Minimum 2 years' experience in project management support or related functions	Provide project coordination and documentation; maintain registers and logs Support project reporting, risk and change management, and vendor liaison Assist with meetings, presentations, procurement coordination and logistics Good command of MS Office, PowerPoint and project management tools
